Our 2025 Annual Colored Pencil Show "Vibrant Hues: A Kaleidoscope of Colored Pencil Art" is now open on our website.  Thank you to all our participating artists for contributing such impressive artwork!

Welcome to CPSA Chicago District Chapter 103!

We are thrilled to showcase some of the most talented colored pencil artists in Illinois and other parts of the Midwest!


For 2025-26, we will meet at least four times: 

October, January, March, and May. 


Please also join us for some holiday cheer on Sunday, December 14, 2025, noon - 3 pm 

at Sturdy Shelter Brewing in Batavia (first floor River Room).


If you’re up for it, please bring a dish to share. However, if that just adds to your holiday stress, don’t worry about it — join us anyway! 


The brewhouse has a limited menu of snacks and there will be a food truck there around 2 pm. They also sell cider, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.  


Please RSVP by Saturday, December 13.

It's Renewal Time!

Your local Chapter 103 Chicago annual dues are due by October 31st.  To renew (or join) you also need to be a member of the Colored Pencil Society of America (CPSA).


👉 For CPSA renewal, most current members must also renew by October 31 to receive To The Point magazine and other benefits, including maintenance of signature status. NEW members will have a renewal date that matches their initial join date.

Meetings

January-October we meet at the St. Charles Public Library in St. Charles at 1:30 pm unless otherwise noted. We have guests, workshops and demonstrations. 

Membership

Includes:

  • Meetings 4 times per year
  • Chapter retreat 
  • Our quarterly newsletter, What's The Point? , which details our chapter information and current events.
